REFUNDS

Paradigm Apparel stands by every product we sell. The only conditions in which we offer refunds is for a manufacturing fault. This does not include general wear and tear. You may return your product for a refund due to a manufacturing fault within 14 days of purchase. If your return falls outside this period, we are not able to accept your return. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for all items purchased on our website within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your product for another size or store credit please email info@paradigmapparel.com. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please email info@paradigmapparel.com and we will provide you with a shipping address. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
